Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services.
By engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Pricing And Payment
Please Note there is a minimum of 2 hours Cleaning per property.
Prices are subject to change depending on the condition of each property or building.
We also may say the property needs a deep clean before we start our standard cleaning to get the property to a high standard quickly.
Payment is to be paid on completion of cleaning unless agreed otherwise.
We will always provide an invoice.
Cancelations
If you cancel within 48 hours of your clean then you will still be charged for full payment.
If the customer needs to change their date and time we will do our best to accommodate this with a minimum of 48 hour notice required, if we are not able to accommodate this change then the customer will be charged full payment subject to our availability.
Equipment
If the customer requires use of our equipment there will be a one off £15 charge added to the invoice.
Cleaning materials and equipment that is provided by the customer must be safe to operate in full working condition.
